A question about an order
Start with your order reference
It is shown on the order page you see after paying (keep that link), and starts with MOD. With it we can find your order straight away.
Please include
- Your order reference (for example MOD-7K2Q9XA4BD)
- The e-mail address you used at checkout
- The course name, if the question is about one course
- What you see: a screenshot helps if a lesson will not play
We never ask for your card details. Please do not send them in the chat or by e-mail.

Common questions
My access e-mail has not arrived
Our team sends your login by e-mail, usually within one working day of your order. First check your spam or junk folder, and any “Promotions” tab. If it is not there, open the chat and give us your order reference; we will check the address and send it again.
How long do I keep access?
24 months from the date of your access e-mail. The lessons are streamed, so you can watch on any device with a browser during that time.
I typed the wrong e-mail address at checkout
Tell us in the chat with your order reference and the correct address. We will send the access e-mail to the right place.
Can you look at my drawing and tell me what to change?
We are happy to answer a question about a lesson, but the courses do not include marking or feedback on your work. They are recorded courses, without a tutor reviewing drawings.
Something in a lesson does not play
Try another browser or device first. If it still does not play, send us the course and lesson name, with a screenshot if you can, and we will look into it.
