Cookies
Last updated 29 October 2026
This website sets only the cookies it needs to work, plus one you can choose at checkout. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
1. Cookies we set
| Name | What it does | How long | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
PHPSESSID | Keeps your basket and protects the checkout and order forms against forgery. Set only once you use the basket, the checkout or your order page. | Until you close the browser | Strictly necessary |
supchat_v | A random identifier that links your browser to your chat conversation, so you can see our replies. Set only when you send a first chat message. | 12 months | Strictly necessary (for a service you asked for) |
buyer | Remembers your checkout details (name, e-mail, billing address, optional company details) on this device. Set only if you tick “Remember my details” at checkout. | 180 days | Optional, with your consent |
supchat_k | Keeps our staff signed in to the chat and order tools. Only ever set for our own team, never for visitors. | 12 months | Strictly necessary (staff only) |
All of them are first-party, sent only to this website, and marked HttpOnly, so scripts on the page cannot read them.
2. Things loaded from other servers
Some parts of the page are loaded straight from other services’ servers by your browser:
| What | From |
|---|---|
| Photographs | A stock photo content delivery network |
| Payment-method icons | A public content delivery network for open-source files |
| Web fonts | Google Fonts |
We do not set cookies for these, but like any web server they receive your IP address and browser details when your browser asks for the files. Their own privacy policies apply to what they do with that. See our privacy notice for more.
3. How to make us forget you
To remove the “remember me” cookie, either continue through checkout with the box unticked — that deletes anything saved earlier — or use the “forget me” link on the checkout page when your details have been filled in.
You can also delete any or all cookies for this site in your browser’s settings at any time. If you delete the session cookie your basket is emptied; if you delete supchat_v you will no longer see earlier chat messages in this browser.
