Terms & conditions
Last updated 29 October 2026
These terms apply when you buy a course from this website. Please read them before you pay: they explain what you are buying, how access works and what your rights are. Nothing in them takes away your rights under UK consumer law.
1. Who you are contracting with
This website, mod-education-services.co.uk, is run by MOD Education Services Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 16504541, incorporated on 9 June 2025. Our registered office is 39 Dawson Drive, Swanley BR8 7PN, United Kingdom. Our director is Michael Daniel O’Dwyer.
MOD Education Services Ltd is the seller of every course on this website: your contract is with us. Our payment service provider only processes your card or wallet payment on our behalf. You can reach us at hello@mod-education-services.co.uk or through the chat on any page. In these terms “we”, “us” and “our” mean MOD Education Services Ltd, and “you” means the person buying.
2. What you buy
Each course is a set of recorded video lessons that you stream online, with downloadable worksheets. Routes are several courses sold together at one price. The number of lessons and the total running time are shown on each course page.
You get access to the recordings for 24 months from the day we send your access e-mail. Within that time you can watch the lessons as often as you like, at your own pace.
The courses are recorded only. They do not include live classes, tutor feedback on your work, marking or a certificate. The chat on this website is for questions about courses, materials and orders.
You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to watch the recordings and use the worksheets for your own learning. The content stays our property (or that of its owners); buying a course does not transfer any copyright.
Art materials are not included. Each course page lists the kit used in the lessons.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). The price shown at checkout is what you pay: nothing is added at payment.
Payment is taken through our payment service provider, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We do not see or store your card details.
Depending on your card, the payment page may offer to charge you in your local currency at a conversion rate set by the payment service provider. That is optional: you can always choose to pay in GBP. If you pay in GBP with a card issued in another currency, your bank may apply its own exchange rate or fees.
The contract is formed when your payment is confirmed and you see your order page.
4. Delivery of access
After payment, our team sends your access to the e-mail address you gave at checkout, usually within one working day. Your order page shows the progress of your order and stays available at its link. If no access e-mail has arrived after two working days, please check your spam folder and then write to us.
5. Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days from the contract to cancel a purchase of digital content without giving a reason.
How the right is lost. For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, the right to cancel ends once the supply has begun, if you have asked for it to start within the 14 days and acknowledged that you lose the right. At checkout you give that express consent and acknowledgement by ticking the box. The right ends when access to the recordings begins — when we send your access e-mail.
Before access is sent you can cancel at any time within 14 days: use the “Cancel this order” button on your order page, or e-mail hello@mod-education-services.co.uk with your order reference. We confirm by e-mail and refund the full amount to the card or wallet you paid with, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation.
6. If something is wrong with a course
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If a lesson does not play, a file is missing or the content is not what the course page described, tell us. We will repair or replace it, and if we cannot do that within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you, you are entitled to a price reduction, which may be a full refund. If faulty digital content damages your device or other digital content and we did not take reasonable care, we will repair the damage or pay compensation.
7. Using the courses
Your access is for you alone. Please do not share your login, let others watch on your account, download or record the videos by other means, or repost, sell or publish the recordings or worksheets. Drawings and paintings you make while following the lessons are yours.
If an account is clearly being shared or the content republished, we may suspend access after telling you why and giving you the chance to explain.
8. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses: the courses are for personal use.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under the law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
We may change these terms for future orders. The terms in force when you placed your order apply to that order.
9. Complaints
If you are unhappy with anything, please e-mail hello@mod-education-services.co.uk with your order reference. We will reply by e-mail and try to put things right quickly.
10. Law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts, and the mandatory consumer law of where you live continues to apply.
